How do I know if my home needs rain gutters?
If you see water staining on your stucco (known as tiger striping), erosion around your foundation, or water pooling near your home's perimeter after rain, your home either has no gutters, failing gutters, or clogged gutters. Does City Seamless offer a warranty on gutter products and installation?
Yes. Every City Seamless installation is backed by a 30-year material warranty and a 5-year workmanship guarantee. These are written warranties provided at the time of installation. City Seamless has honored warranties continuously since 1976 — nearly 50 years of standing behind our work.
How long does a gutter installation take?
Most residential gutter installations in Las Vegas are completed in one day. Larger homes, multi-story properties, and commercial buildings may take 1–2 days depending on scope. Front entryways and back patios can sometimes be completed in a few hours. The homeowner does not need to be present during installation, though we encourage it.
What gauge aluminum does City Seamless use?
City Seamless uses .032-gauge aluminum as our standard material. This is heavier than the .027-gauge aluminum that many competitors default to. The thicker gauge resists denting, handles thermal expansion better in Las Vegas heat cycles (where fascia board temperatures can exceed 150°F in summer), and holds its shape longer over decades of use.
What is the difference between seamless and sectional gutters?
Seamless gutters are fabricated on-site from a continuous roll of aluminum coil and cut to the exact length of each roof section — no joints along the run. Sectional gutters are pre-cut pieces joined together with connectors every 10 to 20 feet. Those joints are where sectional gutters fail — they leak, separate, and corrode over time. City Seamless only installs seamless gutters, fabricated on-site for a precision fit.
What profiles and sizes are available?
City Seamless installs K-style (ogee) and half-round profiles in 5-inch, 6-inch, and custom sizes. We also fabricate straight face and box gutters for modern and commercial architecture. Downspouts are available in 2x3-inch and 3x4-inch sizes plus custom dimensions.
How many colors do you offer?
Over 50 standard baked enamel colors, plus custom color matching. City Seamless carries the widest color selection of any gutter company in the Las Vegas Valley. We work with HOA color requirements daily across Summerlin, Henderson, Anthem, and every master-planned community in the market.
Do you install copper gutters?
Yes. City Seamless installs half-round, K-style, and custom copper gutter profiles, including decorative leaderheads and scuppers. City Seamless is the only gutter company in Las Vegas with the capability to execute complex custom copper fabrication. Copper gutters carry a 50+ year lifespan with minimal maintenance.
Do you install gutter guards and leaf screens?
Yes. City Seamless installs professional-grade metal mesh leaf screens that prevent debris from entering the gutter trough. In the Las Vegas desert, the primary debris is dust, roofing gravel, and windblown vegetation — not leaves. Our screens are built for these conditions and hold up in extreme heat, unlike plastic snap-on products that warp and crack within a year or two.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes. City Seamless holds Nevada Contractor Licenses #0081882 and #0082656 (C-13 specialty license required by the State of Nevada to legally install rain gutters). We also hold contractor licenses in Arizona (ROC #304812 and #319905), California (#1012141), and Utah (#10384072-5501). We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
