City Seamless Rain Gutter traces its roots to 1976, when Kent Peterson started a family-run rain gutter operation in Southern Utah. Cody Peterson took ownership in 2012 and relocated the business to Las Vegas, rebranding it as City Seamless in 2014 with partner Ming. That unbroken line of trade knowledge — from founder to the current operator — is rare in the Las Vegas contractor market, and it shows in the work. City Seamless is a licensed Nevada contractor (Licenses #0081882 and #0082656) and holds additional contractor licenses in Arizona (ROC #304812 and #319905), California (#1012141), and Utah (#10384072-5501). We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We fabricate and install .032-gauge seamless aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel gutters on-site — no pre-cut sections, no joints along the run. Over 50 baked enamel colors, K-style and half-round profiles, 5-inch, 6-inch, and custom sizes. Every installation is backed by a 30-year material warranty and a 5-year workmanship guarantee.

Commercial galvanized steel gutters on our Henderson warehouse — right material for the job.
I manage three commercial properties in the Henderson industrial area and City Seamless has done gutter work on all of them. They installed 26-gauge galvanized steel gutters on our largest warehouse — standard aluminum wouldn't have handled the roof span and load. The box gutter profile they used is designed for commercial applications and handles high-volume drainage. They also installed standard aluminum on our two office buildings. What I appreciate is that they recommended the right material for each building instead of using the same product everywhere.
