How much do seamless gutters cost in Las Vegas?
New seamless aluminum gutters from City Seamless cost about $10 to $15 a foot, installed, and the downspouts are priced the same way at about $10 to $15 a foot. Those are the numbers our owner, Cody Peterson, uses when he prices a house. For the whole job, most Las Vegas homes we install on pay about $450 to $3,000, and the typical job is about $1,250.
The totals come from 123 new-gutter jobs we installed or booked from January through October 2026. About 85 of every 100 fell between $450 and $3,000. The rest were smaller or larger than that.
These numbers are a guide and not a quote. Your price depends on how many feet of gutter the house needs and how many downspouts and corners go with them.
How does City Seamless count the feet?
We count every foot of gutter along the roof edge and every foot of downspout down the wall, and both are priced at about $10 to $15 a foot. A downspout on a one-story house is about 10 feet long. On a two-story house it is about 20 feet, so the same roofline on a second story has more feet in it.
The corners, elbows and end caps the job needs are part of that price. A roofline with many corners lands higher in the range than one long straight run.
Where a house lands between $10 and $15 comes down to the material and how hard the installation is. In Cody's words: "$10 a foot is the price I typically quote when folks decide to do the whole house and the installers can bada bing, bada boom it." A run that is hard to reach, or on a second story, usually costs more.
Here is how the count works on three example houses. These are worked examples, not quotes.

The middle example is close to our typical job this year, which is about $1,250. A single short run lands at the top of its row in practice. Half of our single short runs of 15 to 30 feet came to between about $390 and $500. Small jobs have a minimum. It is usually $375, or $325 when the job is really small, and $185 for repeat customers.
Why do some prices say $20 a foot when ours says $10 to $15?
The two prices count different feet. A price "per foot of gutter" measures only the roof edge and folds the downspouts and corners into that number. Counted that way, most Las Vegas homes we install on pay about $10 to $25 per foot of gutter, installed, depending on the job, and about half pay between $15 and $20.
Take the middle example above. Its 80 feet of gutter and 30 feet of downspout come to $1,100 to $1,650. Divide those totals by the 80 feet of gutter alone and the same job is about $13.75 to $20.60 per foot of gutter. Nothing changed but the way the feet were counted. A house with a lot of downspouts for its length pays more per foot of gutter for the same reason.

Yes. A short run costs more per foot of gutter than a whole house, mostly because its one downspout is a bigger share of a small job.
This is what our 6-inch aluminum jobs came to in 2026, with the downspouts and corners in the price.

More than half of the jobs in the table were under 80 feet of gutter, which is part of a house and not all the way around it.
What is included in the price, and what is extra?
The price covers seamless aluminum gutter, the downspouts, elbows, corners and end caps the job needs, and the installation. The gutter is .032-gauge aluminum, which is our standard on every residential job. Each run is made at your house from one continuous piece, cut to the length of that roof edge, so there are no joints along the run. Every installation carries a 30-year material warranty and a 5-year workmanship guarantee.

What do leaf screens, repairs and copper cost?
Leaf screen is priced by the foot, a repair by the visit, and copper by the job. Leaf screen ran about $3.30 to $5 per foot on most of the jobs we added it to this year, on top of the gutter price. See whether gutter guards are worth it in Las Vegas before you add it.
About seven of every ten small repair visits this year ran between $300 and $425. The lowest was $125 and the highest was $600. Larger repairs and commercial repairs are priced by the job. Repair work is on our gutter cleaning and repair page.
Copper, steel and 7-inch box gutters are priced by the job, and so is a single downspout by itself. We sold too few of each this year to print an honest range.
How can I estimate my own house before I call?
You can get close with a tape measure and ten minutes.
- Decide which roof edges need gutter. Start with the edges over doors, walkways, the patio and the garage, and any edge where water is already staining the stucco or washing out the rock.
- Measure those edges from the ground, wall corner to wall corner. Write down the feet.
- Count the downspouts. One for about every 30 to 40 feet of gutter is a fair planning number, with at least one on each separate run.
- Add 10 feet for each downspout on a one-story wall and 20 feet for each on a two-story wall.
- Add the gutter feet and the downspout feet. Multiply the total by $10 for the low end and by $15 for the high end.
A house with many corners, or a single short run, belongs at the high end and can come out above it. Then call or text us with your numbers and we will tell you where your house lands.

Is City Seamless the lowest gutter price in Las Vegas?
Cody's answer is usually, or close to it, and it is not a promise about any one house. He prices most of our residential jobs himself and puts it this way: "We're usually either the cheapest or very close to the least expensive in terms of bids." He says there are companies we beat by about half most of the time.
A per-foot price only tells you something when you know which feet it counts. Ask whether the downspouts, the corners and the installation are in the number, then compare totals.
What we do not do is thin the metal to get to a price. The .032-gauge aluminum is the same on a $450 job as on a $3,000 one.
