Our Warranty — 30-Year Material, 5-Year Workmanship
Every City Seamless rain gutter installation is backed by a 30-year material warranty and a 5-year workmanship guarantee. The material warranty covers the .032-gauge aluminum we use as standard — heavier than the .027-gauge material most Las Vegas contractors install. The workmanship guarantee covers the installation itself: seams, hangers, fascia attachment, downspout connections, and slope alignment.
If a gutter system we installed develops a leak, pulls away from the fascia, or fails at a seam within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no charge. We've installed gutters on more than 30,000 homes since 1976 — we know what holds up in the Las Vegas desert and what doesn't.
Warranty terms may vary based on installation type, building location, and environmental exposure. Leaf screens are recommended for properties near heavy landscaping or desert vegetation to keep the system flowing properly and maintain full warranty coverage. Our Green Valley home was built in 1994 and still had the original gutters — dented, sagging, and leaking at every seam. City Seamless replaced the entire system with .032-gauge seamless aluminum in Musket Brown. The difference between the old sectional gutters and the new seamless ones is night and day. No joints along the runs means no leak points. The crew fabricated everything on-site from a continuous coil right in our driveway. They matched the color to our fascia perfectly, which mattered because our Henderson HOA requires approval. Cody pulled our permit and handled the whole process.
