Our Aliante house was built three years ago and the builder didn't install gutters. After our first monsoon season we had water pooling against the foundation and stucco staining on every wall. City Seamless came out and installed 5-inch .032-gauge seamless aluminum gutters around the entire house with 2x3 downspouts draining away from the foundation. The water management difference is immediate — no more pooling, no more splashback on the stucco. They pulled the North Las Vegas permit and were done in about five hours. The gutters are Linen White to match the trim. Good work at a fair price.
