I manage three commercial properties in the Henderson industrial area and City Seamless has done gutter work on all of them. They installed 26-gauge galvanized steel gutters on our largest warehouse — standard aluminum wouldn't have handled the roof span and load. The box gutter profile they used is designed for commercial applications and handles high-volume drainage. They also installed standard aluminum on our two office buildings. What I appreciate is that they recommended the right material for each building instead of using the same product everywhere. Licensed Nevada contractor, proper permits on every job, and they carry the insurance we require for commercial work. 30,000 homes and plenty of commercial jobs since 1976.
