It's not easy getting quality contractors to come to Mesquite, but City Seamless made the drive and did an excellent job. They installed seamless aluminum gutters on our Sun City Mesquite home in Desert Tan with 3x4 downspouts. The heat out here in the Virgin River corridor is extreme — easily 115 degrees in July — and Cody explained that the .032-gauge aluminum handles the expansion and contraction cycles better than the lighter gauge material some companies use. They pulled the Mesquite building permit and handled the inspection. The 30-year material warranty gave us confidence. Pricing was competitive with local options and the quality was clearly better.
